Senior Season Round Up

BNC has 4 senior teams which compete in the Somerset County League, these teams aim to provide players with a high quality of netball for their ability, whilst providing a fun and inclusive environment for all to get involved. Jupiter Round Up

Playing in the Somerset County Premier Division, Jupiter’s 2022/23 season ended on a high with a flurry of wins for the team. After creating a team mixing experienced players with the newer generation and building together throughout the season Jupiter finished their season proud of what they have achieved and looking forward to the season ahead within the Prem League.

Saturn Round Up 

Saturn saw various faces taking the court this year with varying levels of availability. For many players this was their first taste of a regular senior season, where they now found themselves playing in Somerset County Division 1. The players never let this phase them and came out with some cracking results. Saturn moves into next season aiming to continue to reach new heights in Div 1 in 2023/24.

Neptune Round Up

Neptune’s season produce many promising results, with an inclusive team ethos and players from across the club taking the court and aiding the core Neptune team to some key results. Neptune aim for a consistent season inSomerset Division 2 again next year, where they will aim to replicate some of their previous success.

Venus Round Up

Venus’s season in Division 3 of the Somerset League was one of gaining experience, the players, mainly of school age gained invaluable insight into the Senior set up for netball within the county and moving forward aim to put their new found confidence and skill into practice. Venus will go again in Division 3 for the 2023/24 season and will hopefully have success!
