Our club takes safeguarding within the club very seriously, all our coaches take regular safeguarding courses as in line with England Netball policy (guidance for courses was recently updated in May 2023).

Our personal safeguarding information, as well as any England Netball Guidance can be found below:

The Role of the Club Safeguarding Officer (CSO) is the first point of contact for all safeguarding issues within the club. They are the main point of contact for all children and adults to report concerns and disclosures

We ensure our Safeguarding officer has attended a UK Coaching Safeguarding and Protecting Children (SPC) course and attend the Child Protection in Sport Unit Time to Listen (TTL)

BNC Safeguarding Officer is Cath Clark

In addition we ensure all our coaches and a number of our volunteers have also attended the SPC course so you can feel confident to discuss with any member you see fit to as we are all
